It's a shame ... Extremely unfriendly service !!! ... Just snappy answers to the guests' questions ???

The longest castle in the world. Well maintained. Good gastronomy. Magnificent view

Great food, nice service! Price-performance in order!

Very rude waiter! No greeting. He warns people who walk past in the garden because they don't have a mask on and he doesn't wear the mask over his nose himself. We waited about 20 minutes for 3 drinks.

Very unfriendly service! It seemed absolutely unmotivated and there were always only really snappy answers to our questions! We can’t go here anymore.

The location is great, of course, and the view is phenomenal. As is so often the case here, the better the view, the worse the drink. The Aperol Spritz was definitely very flat, hardly any Aperol and hardly any Prosecco. And unfortunately there is no Campari Spritz at all.

The food was good and so was the service. A menu wasn't served, the waitress told us about the available dishes. One point deduction for the royal ;-) prices

Very, very beautiful scenery, and the water is also very clean and clear, if you are nearby, it is definitely worth a stopover, whether for nice photos or for a break ?? fun for the whole family.

Extremely poor service, guests are molested by the staff, tables are not cleared in spite of being asked to do so, when there are complaints, they say “don't you want to drink coffee somewhere else” etc.

Extremely slow, extremely unapologetic. Waited forever for a place. Service desert Germany has set an example here again.

Anyone who has an injured child but does not have a mask with them should not go to the bathroom to take care of the injury. You are only moaned because of a missing mask. We will only visit this place again when these tenants have disappeared to where they came from ....

Very nice place to stay here and enjoy the castle in peace

Food was very good. A little long wait, but that was due to the great weather. Service very friendly. Price is okay. Would definitely eat here again.

Highly recommended, we enjoyed our food on the hidden north-facing terrace overlooking the lake at the foot of the castle. There is self-service (in the restaurant order at the bar and wear down), but you have shade, peace, space and views. If a few coaches drove in front of the castle, things can be busy.

Lovely cafe / restaurant. We sat outside today and enjoyed a nice selection of brings and coffee, lunch and cake. Food was delicious, fresh and good quality. Service was very attentive and friendly. Such a gorgeous location with lovely views. good service and delicious food.

The pumpkin soup was delicious and the service was good. Prices as expected at a well-known tourist attraction.

A great cafe with a great atmosphere and delicious cake. The wasabi burger is also a hit. Often quite full of many weddings and celebrations. Then you have to wait a bit for the service. But otherwise there's nothing to complain about. Definitely take a break there.

The food was very delicious and affordable for the location.

Excellent service, lovely cake, allowed the dog inside when it rained, offered water for the dog, lovely setting in the castle.

The food is tasty and reasonably priced. The cakes look delicious too. You can sit well outside and inside.

Awesome views if you get seats just outside the wall

Good German restaurant. There is a terrace with beautiful views of the city and the lake.

They have horrible service. They say they only accept card payments above 15 euro which is impossible when you just want a cup of coffee and a piece of cake. The wasps are there aplenty, they literally swarm your table. Eventually we payed with 2 and 1 cents which they do not 'accept' the waitress said. In the end we did pay with card not even close to the 15euros we needed to.

Our favorite cafe when we are in Burghausen. Good dishes and appetizers served with love!
